Get Physical!

Maybe it's the new year, and all the hubbub of workout resolutions, but something has me energized to be physically active! There is something powerful about moving our bodies, and I feel all the more confirmed about that as I listen to my gut and get moving.

Here are a few of my favorite ways to be active:

Taking the boys for a walk in the stroller
Dancing around the house as I clean
Yoga
Weeding and pruning
Swimming
Wii fit games
Running
Taking a dance class

Chasing my boys around the house

Whatever it is that moves you, do it and enjoy it! Make your own list of physical activities and begin trying them out. You will see the benefits in all areas of your life.
